Step into a space designed to bring you back into your body.

The Rose: Returning is a guided breathwork experience created to support emotional release, inner balance, and reconnection to yourself in a safe and intentional environment.

Through breath, music, and somatic awareness, this session allows the body to gently process what has been held—stress, tension, and unprocessed emotion—so it can settle and restore.

This is not about forcing intensity, but about allowing your system to open at its own pace with support.

Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience to deepen relaxation and support integration.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to your practice, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water

  • Journal (optional)

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
